Nicki Minaj is following Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson out the door of "American Idol."
The singer and rapper Tweeted her decision to leave the show on Thursday afternoon, not long after news broke that Mariah too was exiting the Fox show's judges' panel.
"Thank you American Idol for a life changing experience! Wouldn't trade it for the world! Time to focus on the Music," she Tweeted.
"Mmmuuuaahhh," she added.
Fox, FremantleMedia and 19 Entertainment released a joint statement to Access on Thursday about her departure.
"Nicki Minaj is a superstar who brought a level of honesty and passion to 'American Idol' and who had a tremendous positive impact on so many contestants this season. Given her extremely busy career, we understand and respect her decision and wish her the best," the statement read.
Earlier on Thursday, Mariah's PR company, PMK-BNC, announced the superstar singer was leaving the show to focus on her music career.
"W/ global success of "#Beautiful" (#1 in 30+ countries so far) @MariahCarey confirms world tour & says goodbye 2 Idol," the company Tweeted.
Randy announced his departure in mid-May as the show wrapped up its twelfth season, crowning Candice Glover as the newest American Idol.
No announcements have been made either way regarding Keith Urban, who was also a Season 12 judge. Keith previously told Access he would be happy to return.
"I would [return] in a heartbeat," the country superstar told AccessHollywood.com's Laura Saltman in mid-May.
