    • Fireworks shockingly did not ensue when Chuck Schumer spied Karl Rove saw on the corner of 46th Street and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan on Friday afternoon. After Schumer "rolled down his car window to say hello," Rove told the Senate's thrid-ranking Democrat, "Hey, senator, you won't like why I'm here today. I'm raising money for the Senate Republicans." Schumer countered, "If you stay in New York long enough, it will change your views." [ ]
    • Bob Woodward will make his first appearance at Richard Nixon's presidential library in Yorba Linda tonight after the library's new director lifted a "ban" against The Washington Post journalist that had been in place since the facility opened in 1990. Woodward will appear with former Post editor Ben Bradlee on a panel called "Remembering Watergate." [ ]
    • Conan O'Brien is a class act. Case in point: he's not even mad at Charlie Sheen for cannibalizing his post-Tonight Show career path. "That man is a genius. I blew it,"  O'Brien said when comparing Sheen's Torpedo tour with his own Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television roadshow during a Malaria No More benefit at the Nokia Theater Saturday night.
