No-Bake Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars You Can Make in Your Dorm Room

No oven? No problem. These amazing and easy marshmallow bars can totally be made in a dorm with a microwave and a mini fridge. If you like marshmallows, peanut butter or chocolate (and who doesn’t) these bars are a perfect pick-me-up for a cold winter weekend.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars with Chocolate Drizzle

Total Time: 3 hours and 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag butterscotch chips

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter

  • 6 tablespoons butter

  • 5 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Line an 8×8 tin with foil and spray with cooking spray.

  • In a large, microwave safe bowl, place butter, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter and microwave in 30-second intervals, checking and stirring, until melted.

  • Let the mixture cool for a few minutes and then fold in marshmallows until they are coated.

  • Place mixture in brownie tin and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate.

  • Place in a ziploc bag, snip off a corner, and drizzle chocolate along the top of the bars.

  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes, slice and enjoy.
