No Parking: Here Are Condos That Will Replace a Williamsburg Parking Lot

The trope is all too familiar: a space where vehicles once slept overnight will become one where humans do the same. This time, it's happening on Union Avenue between South 3rd and South 4th streets, where the enigmatically named 263 Realty Group LLC is erecting six condos. Via Demsker Realty's Facebook page, BuzzBuzzHome has the first look at the skinny development, which will contains six units, which includes four full-floor units, a garden-level duplex, and a penthouse duplex. Plans are preliminary, though, and subject to change. Let's hope we can say the same about an early version of the building name—the very unfortunate The Two Six Three. Stay tuned.
