No tourists injured at Egypt's Karnak temple attack: state news

CAIRO (Reuters) - No tourists were injured in an attack on the Karnak temple tourist site in southern Egypt on Wednesday, a senior Interior Ministry security source told state news agency MENA. A health ministry spokesman said four Egyptians were wounded. Security sources said casualties included bazaar shop owners and police.
