    Non-profit Credit Counseling Company Now Licensed in Oregon and Colorado to Provide Debt Management Services

    The average credit card debt per household in the United States is $15,799 and the average annual percentage rate is currently 14.88 percent, according creditcards.com. Even more alarming numbers were released in a recent poll by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), stating that 64 percent of Americans surveyed did not have $1,000 in savings for an emergency fund.
