Rachel Hidderley of Christies auctioneers hangs a painting by artist LS Lowry, entitled The Gateway, Monday Nov. 9, 2009, which was bought by the late British actor Peter Barkworth for £57 (64 euro / US 96 dollars) in 1955, and will go on sale on Nov. 12, 2009, with an estimated value of £150,000 to £250,000 (169,000 euro / 253,000 US dollars to 281,000 euro / 420,000 US dollar).
