A wild horse grazes on one of the dirt roads on Cumberland Island, Georgia National Seashore, Saturday, September 20, 2008. Herds of wild horses run loose on the 17 mile long island once owned by the Carnegie family and made famous by the wedding of John F. Kennedy Jr. in 1996. The National Park Service is looking at starting vehicle tours to the north end of Cumberland Island, Georgia beginning next year in accordance with a mandate from congress to increase accessibility in the national seashore area.
