This NOAA satellite image taken Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 12:45 PM EST shows heavy rainfall in Hispaniola as a stationary front extends through Haiti and low pressure extends south of the Haiti Coast to central Panama. Moisture fuels rainfall and creates an increased risk of flooding in Hispaniola.
