A December 1998 file photo provided by the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency shows a post-fire investigation photo at the landmark Pullman Works administration building and its 12-story clock tower on Chicago. The fire at the historic site was set by an arsonist. The factory buildings that were once at the site was where the famously luxurious Pullman railroad sleeping cars were produced.
