US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice meets with Iraq's Prime minister Nouri al-Maliki (right) in the heavily fortified Green Zone in Baghdad. Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari has said that a final draft of a military pact governing US forces in Iraq will be presented to the war-torn country's highest authorities on Friday.
