Volunteers put together care packages for active duty US military personal serving in Iraq and Afghanistan during Microsoft's "A Salute to Our Troops" Operation USO Care Package Day in Arlington, Virginia. The White House denied President Barack Obama had come to a decision on sending US reinforcements to Afghanistan, after media reports said he had made up his mind on a troop buildup.
