Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki (L) shakes hand with Najaf's governor Asaad Sultan Abu Gulal (R) upon his arrival in the holy city of Najaf. Washington has made "huge concessions" in a controversial military pact still under negotiation, but immunity issues remain a problem, Maliki said on Friday.
