Iraqi security forces stop cars at a checkpoint in the capital Baghdad on December 13. The Iraqi cabinet has approved a plan to offer rewards of up to 85,000 dollars for tip-offs about car bombs, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said, a day after a new wave of bombings.
