Migratory birds rest at the wetlands of Hokersar, north of Srinagar, December 9, 2009. More than 600,000 migratory birds including shovellers, common teals, graylag geese, gadwalls, Pintail, mallards, and coots flew down in the wetlands of the troubled Kashmir region from Central Asia and Siberia, wildlife officer Gulam Ahmad Lone said.
