Kenyan Foreign Minister Moses Wetangula briefs reporters on the sidelines of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on November 9. Wetangula said Monday that Nairobi will help the International Criminal Court to probe election violence, but that it was committed to a "local solution.
