In this Dec. 11, 2009, photo, soldiers guard a crime scene after a shootout in Tepoztlan, Mexico. Latin Grammy winner Ramon Ayala was rounded up during the raid on a drug cartel's Christmas party on Dec. 11, but according to a spokesman for the federal Attorney General's Office, he was released after being questioned Saturday.
