Israeli Foreign Minister and deputy Premier Tzipi Livni speaks with members of the foreign media at a Jerusalem hotel, Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008. Livni, the politician with perhaps the best chance to replace Israel's embattled prime minister on Thursday called for a unity government to pursue the creation of Palestinian state living peacefully alongside Israel.
