James Cap, a quadriplegic since a Nov. 4, 1979 high school football accident, holds the tube in his mouth that he uses to aim and fire his shotgun as he sits in his wheel chair in a shed where he hunts Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, in Manville, N.J.
