FILE-This August 2006 file frame grab shows a frame grab from MySpace.com that shows South Caroliina's Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer's site that he is using in his re-election bid. South Carolina candidates are using the social networking sites MySpace.com and Facebook.com as a way to reach computer-savvy college students. Their hope is to connect to 18- to 24-year-olds, an age group that typically votes the least, in a way that coaxes them to the ballot box.
