Two men look at vehicles of Japan's auto giant Nissan Motor exhibited at the showroom of the headquarters in Yokohama, suburban Tokyo, in November 2009. Japan on Friday rejected a complaint by US automakers that its program of government incentives to encourage people to buy new cars discriminated against foreign manufacturers.
