A South Korean truck carrying anti-viral medicine departs the CIQ (customs, immigration and quarantine) office for North Korea, just south of the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) separating two Koreas in Paju, about 55 km (34 miles) north of Seoul December 18, 2009. North Korea on Friday accepted a batch of medicine from the South to combat a swine flu outbreak, the first shipment of humanitarian aid from its neighbour in about two years.
