A South Korean military police walks by a directional sign showing distances to North Korea's capital Pyongyang and that for South's capital Seoul at the Imjingang railway station in Paju, near the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Panmunjom, South Korea, Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009. North and South Korea plan to open modernized military hot lines next week to help facilitate border crossings to a joint industrial complex in the North by southern officials and workers, an official said Tuesday.
