Britain's Prince Charles is framed by security men during a two-day visit to the United States. The heir to the throne, who was given three million pounds in 2008 from UK government and taxpayer funds, borrowed nearly 3,000 pounds from his protection officers after he found himself short of cash and needing to fork out for "travel expenses," a report has said.
