In this Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009 photo, Border Security Force (BSF) soldiers are seen patrolling at the border with Pakistan in Kutch district, about 550 kilometers (344 miles) from Ahmadabad, in the western Indian state of Gujarat. Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday raised Indian fears about Pakistani Taliban forces moving away from their traditional bases in lands near Afghanistan and into the heart of Pakistan, something that he said threatens both Pakistan's government and India.
