In this May 7, 2008 file photo, a flame from a replica of the Statue of Liberty made of found objects by artist Leo Sewell is seen before workmen mount it at Memorial Hall in Philadelphia. The hall, one of the jewels of the Centennial Exposition of 1876 has become the new home of the Please Touch Museum.
