US officials renewed a bid Tuesday to block a suit by five men who claim they were kidnapped by agents acting for the Bush government and sent to secret sites abroad for torture and interrogation. The five have brought the case against California-based Boeing subsidiary Jeppesen Dataplan, an aviation company accused of providing services that enabled so-called "rendition" flights for the CIA.
