Developers have rerouted Highway 98 in Port St. Joe, Fla. on Friday February 15, 2008 so that they could put their new development on the water. Many call this stretch of Florida the forgotten coast. Developers are hoping that the building of the new airport in Panama City will allow more visitors and businesses into the area.
