Stores along the main street in Port St. Joe, Fla. are becoming more upscale in hopes of future development and tourism on Friday February 15, 2008. Many call this stretch of Florida the forgotten coast. Developers are hoping that the building of the new airport in Panama City will allow more visitors and businesses into the area.
