A picture taken on January 6 from a Canadian patrol frigate shows the North Korean-crewed, Virgin Islands-owned MV Theresa VIII chemical tanker moored off a beach near Harardhere, Somalia, after it was hijacked on November 16 in the south Somali basin. Somali pirates on Tuesday freed the tanker with 28 North Korean sailors on board, a maritime official said.
