Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem, left, speaks with Arab League chief Amr Moussa, right, during a joint press conference following the second ministerial meeting of the Arab-Turkish Forum in Damascus, Syria, Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009. The meeting that mainly discusses economic relations between Arab states and Turkey, was attended by the foreign ministers of Syria and Turkey as well as officials from Somalia, Iraq, Sudan, Qatar, Libya and Amr Moussa, the secretary-general of the 22-member Arab League.
