Sri Lanka Unrest
Patrick Cammaert, special envoy for the special representative of the UN Secretary General for Children Affected by Armed Conflict, addresses reporters in Colombo. A top United Nations envoy asked Sri Lanka on Friday to release detained Tamil Tiger child soldiers and urged the authorities to re-unite them with their families.
