Schwenkler, accused of damaging Colorado Democratic Party headquarters in the summer of 2008 pled guilty to a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief on Monday, Dec. 21, 2009. Schwenkler was accused of shattering windows next to signs about health care reform at the Colorado Democratic Party headquarters early Aug. 25. He and another suspect were accused of causing an estimated $11,000 in damage. The other suspect was never identified. Schwenkler was listed in state records as having been paid by a nonprofit group to work for at least one Democratic candidate.
