This NOAA satellite image taken Friday, Dec. 11, 2009 at 12:45 a.m. EST shows a streak of clouds over the Gulf Coast, but little to no precipitation is noticed through the area and Southeast. Some clouds over the Northeast are associated with lake effect snow over western New York and Michigan.
