FILE - In this May 10, 2009 file picture, a Ryanair aircraft is about to take off at the airport in Bremen, northern Germany. Budget carrier Ryanair PLC says it has stopped discussions to purchase as many as 200 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft after being unable to extract concessions from the manufacturer. The company says it is unlikely it will re-open negotiations with Boeing or any other manufacturer.
