This undated photo released by Lexington County Detention Center shows Quentin Patrick of South Carolina. He was sentenced to at least 16 years in prison. He was sentenced Monday, Dec. 14, 2009, in federal court after pleading guilty to being a felon in possession of a weapon. Patrick fired an AK-47 in 2008 at Halloween trick-or-treaters, killing a 12-year-old boy, is to spend at least the next 16 years in prison for the shooting.
