Strasbourg Mayor Roland Ries speaks during the delivery ceremony of Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid in Tokyo Monday, Dec. 14, 2009. Toyota Motor Corp. handed over about 100 new generation hybrid cars to the French city on Monday in a lease program in partnership by Toyota, the city of Strasbourg and French energy company EDF, the Japanese auto maker said.
