Georgian's registering as refugees at the refugees camp in Gori, Georgia, Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008. U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says he is concerned about the refugee situation in Georgia and worried at the lack of progress in resolving the conflict. Ban says he is 'considering dispatching a humanitarian assessment-needs team to South Ossetia in coordination with the countries concerned.' The U.N. chief was speaking in Madrid on Tuesday after meeting Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero.
