Tewanee Joseph is a member of the Squamish First Nation and chief executive of The Four Host First Nations. In February 2010 Native-Canadians in the Vancouver area will welcome the Winter Olympics on their ancestral lands. Canada's Aboriginals are battling to escape the bleak statistics that condemn them to suffer double the unemployment and suicide rate of other Canadians. (AFP)
