Russia's Prime Minister Vladimir Putin travels in Russia's first high speed train Sapsan in Leningrad Region December 19, 2009. Travelling at up to 250 km (155 miles) an hour, the Sapsan will cut the journey time between Russia's two main cities of Moscow and St Petersburg to three hours 45 minutes from at least four and a half hours.
