EU monitors arrive in the village of Zegduleti, some 40 km (25 miles) west of Tbilisi, Georgia, Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009. A group of EU monitors visited the village of Zegduleti in the Gori region near South Ossetia. The European Union monitoring mission chief in Georgia says Moscow has failed to fully observe an EU-brokered peace deal that ended last year's Russian-Georgian war.
