FILE - In a June 25, 20007 file photograph, Curtis and Wendy Lyons, of Jackson, Miss., display a mock-up of their board game, Hurricane Katrina, which is about government short comings, based on their experiences from fleeing their New Orleans home during the hurricane. Lyons was charged Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, with using dozens of money orders stolen in New Orleans the year the storm hit. Federal court records say more than 100 of the Western Union Winn-Dixie money orders were found during an FBI raid this week at an office on North State Street in Jackson.
