This undated photo released by the Broward County Sheriff's office, shows Bobby Yurkanin Jr., who is awaiting trial on a charge of first degree murder in the death of his father in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., June 15, 2007. Yurkanin is accused of forcing his 84-year-old father into the ocean. Yurkanin was caring for his father who suffered from Alzheimer's.
