Omar al-Bashir will reportedly arrive in Istanbul on Monday for a meeting of the Organization of Islamic Conference, a bloc of Muslim countries. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Afghan President Hamid Karzai are also expected to attend the meetings.
