Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt (L) meets Afghan counterpart Rangeen Dadfar Spanta at the Foreign Affairs Ministry in Kabul. Afghanistan's new government will be clean and honest, Spanta pledged Tuesday, after international calls mounted for Kabul to eradicate widespread graft in the country.
