Obama spoke to Cuba's Raul Castro ahead of summit: U.S. official

PANAMA CITY (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama spoke to Cuban President Raul Castro on Wednesday before departing Washington bound for a summit in Panama, a U.S. Official said on Friday.
