SPENDING REFORM

Our spending priorities should be:

THE NATIONAL DEBT

It should be the goal of this nation to go from a National DEBT of $15 TRILLION to a National SURPLUS/SAVINGS (rainy day fund) of $4 TRILLION in 30 years.

This MUST include a Balanced Budget Amendment. Otherwise my friends, WE ARE TOAST. And we don’t have much time left.

Why? Because Democrats are stupid and quite a few Republicans are idiots. And NEITHER should be entrusted with our economy.

Regardless of WHO or what party is in office….We, the American people, have got to protect ourselves, our children and our grandchildren (our future RETIREES), from future Presidents, Congresses, Supreme Courts, the Federal Reserve, public unions and MOST importantly… those g*d d**n lobbyists!

Everyone knows that NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING, would make our economy fly like a ‘bat out of hell’ and drive down the price of gas, more than going from a National DEBT of $15 TRILLION to a National SURPLUS (rainy day fund) of $4 TRILLION in 30 years.

The Democrats ‘plan’ for paying back the $15 TRILLION National DEBT? Increase Federal Income Taxes AND BORROW ANOTHER D**N $15 TRILLION in 10 years! Now is that stupid as hell or what?

If WE, THE PEOPLE, want to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution for future generations of Americans then WE, THE PEOPLE, can no longer ignore the gross negligence, fiscal irresponsibility and financial excesses of future Presidents and Congresses.

POTUS Obama and the Democrats have added $5 TRILLION (an increase of 50%) to the National DEBT in LESS than 3 years. The National DEBT is now equal to our entire GDP! Now is that stupid as hell or what?

If you don't think INCREASING the National DEBT limit $2.5 TRILLION BUCKS will have the same EXTREME, draconian, destructive AND devastating effect on our economy as INCREASING TAXES $2.5 TRILLION BUCKS, you’re either REALLY, REALLY stupid…..or a Democrat.

I strongly recommend passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment. And that, at a MINIMUM, a 3/5 majority (60%) of BOTH Houses of Congress should be required, to INCREASE the National Debt limit AND Federal Taxes on the American people and to continue to 'dump' (we're way past 'investment', we're into 'shoplifting’) TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS of dollars of DEBT 'onto the backs of our children and grandchildren'. We have got to raise the requirements for Congress to borrow money.

A simple majority of BOTH Houses of Congress would be required to lower the National DEBT limit or lower Federal taxes on the American people. It’s that simple.

It will FORCE spending cuts (including National Defense cuts WHERE APPROPRIATE).

NATIONAL DEFENSE

A strong National Defense is absolutely essential to maintaining the security and the National interests of the United States and our allies throughout the world.

A National DEBT of $15 TRILLION is not only a National DISGRACE; it is also a VERY clear and present danger to our National Security. We DO need a line of credit of $15 TRILLION for one reason and one reason only; When, NOT IF, we have to go to war, God forbid. Otherwise we MUST ‘live within our means’ on tax revenues and NOT ‘irresponsible’ borrowing.

But make NO mistake; Defense spending MUST be reviewed very, very carefully. There are NO blank checks anymore.

After that, POTUS Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and those evil, lying, thieving, socialist, COCKROACH Democrats are the next most serious threats to our National Security. Just ask anyone in our Armed Services.

Do you realize that at one time, Nancy Pelosi was just TWO heart beats away from being President of the United States of America???

All you republicans blast Obama for his deficit. Reality is it's that big because of the economic crash bush created and the fact the government gets 1 trillion less per year in taxes. Add in the bailouts bush baby cried for because things were so bad huge amounts of money were needed just to keep critical institutions afloat, and you can see he has really been more fiscaly responsible than bush ever was. 2 trillion per year off the top is because of lower tax revenue and bush's economic mess.

I agree. Part of our "freedom" is to make the choices WE want to make BUT we must also accept the consequences of that choice. I work in healthcare and see this on a daily basis. People have money for cigarrettes, tattoos, beer, hair highlights and jewelry and cell phones, but they don't have health insurance. They become the burden of those who pay taxes and have health insurance. In fact; Hospitals charge insurance companies higher rates so that they will hopefully get reimbursed more to compensate for what they don't get from those who made wrong choices.We need to start being responsible for ourselves and stop having others pay for our mistakes.

Perry's job record. Since 2007, 81% went to mexicans, 40% illegal which he counted, 41% on some type of visa, and 19% to Americans, even though Americans mad up 69% of the new workers needing jobs. Wrap your right wing head around that.
