It’s official: Sony’s PlayStation 4 is cheaper than it’s ever been
You may have missed out on purchasing a PS4 console for a discounted price from past sales, but Sony is about to fix all that. The company announced on Thursday that it’s officially dropping the price of the PS4, making it cheaper than ever. Sony also announced its “big holiday lineup” in the process.

The move isn’t surprising considering that Sony cut the price of the PS4 in Japan last month, suggesting it would apply the same move to its global sales in the future. Starting October 9th, the PS4 will cost just $349.99 in the U.S., or $50 less than before. In Canada, the PS4’s new price will be CAD $429.99.
The company also revealed that several hot bundles are going to be soon available to gamers, including several interesting titles: Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Limited Edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Limited Edition Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars, Limited Edition Star Wars Battlefront, Star Wars Battlefront and NHL 16 (see the image below for full pricing and release information).
