Okpotu: Nothing can stop us

Lobi Stars striker Tony Okpotu believes the club is destined for the Nigerian Premier League title following their 3-0 victory over rivals Enugu Rangers. The highly rated forward bagged a brace as Stars climbed to within one point of the top of the standings, seated behind leaders Kano Pillars but with a game in hand. "I'm so hungry and there's no team that can stop us now. We have not lost hope and scoring two goals against Rangers has made me a happy player," he told SuperSport. "At this stage, we just have to be confident." Okpotu is also the club's current top goal scorer with eight strikes so far this season, with only two games remaining for the title hopefuls.
