One Direction and Katy Perry were the big winners at Sunday night's American Music Awards, with each taking home three trophies.
The British boy band kicked off the night's accepting the award for Favorite Band, Duo or Group. "America feels like a second home to us... it's been amazing how well we've been received," Liam Payne said. The group also won Artist of the Year and Favorite Album Pop/Rock.
